How to book a class
📚 How to book a class
Booking your Spanish class is very easy! Just follow these steps:
Schedule your class through: https://calendly.com/espanolconfatima
→ You can split your hours into 30-minute, 1-hour, 1.5-hour, or 2-hour classes.
In-person classes are available Monday through Thursday.Online classes are available Monday through Friday.
Confirm your class by making the payment using one of the following methods:
PayPal (please add a 5% fee)
Bank transfer (Mexican account – BBVA)
Cash (MXN or USD — please message me first if you prefer this option)

Payment & Logistics Summary

→ You can purchase a single class whenever you like.
→ If you purchase eight classes or more, you get a special price.
→ If you pay for a subscription, you are entitled to eight or twelve classes, which must be taken within one month (31 calendar days from the date of payment).

Punctuality & Attendance
If you’re running late but let the professor know (even just before class), the professor will wait — no problem! ella te esperará sin problema.
If you're late without notice, the professor will wait 15 minutes. After that, the class is considered canceled and cannot be refunded. sin avisar, la profesora esperará hasta 15 minutos. Después de ese tiempo, la clase se considera cancelada y no será reembolsable.
If the professor is ever late, you'll also wait up to 15 minutes, and the missed time will be added to a future class. 15 minutos, y el tiempo perdido se sumará a una clase futura.
If the professor doesn’t arrive within those 15 minutes, the class will be rescheduled at no cost, and you’ll receive an extra class for free..
Cancellation Policies
Online Classes
Cancel 8+ hours in advance:
- Free rescheduling or 100% refund (PayPal transaction fees are non-refundable)
Cancel with less than 8 hours’ notice:
- You’ll be charged 50% of the class..
- The remaining balance can be refunded or applied to future classes.
Cancel with less than 1 hour’s notice:
- No refund.
In-Person Classes
Cancel 24+ hours in advance:
- Free rescheduling or 100% refund (PayPal transaction fees are non-refundable)
Cancel between 8 and 24 hours in advance:
- You’ll receive a refund minus the venue fee ($170 MXN), deducted from your payment..
- If rescheduling, you’ll need to cover the venue fee again or switch to an online class.
Cancel with less than 8 hours’ notice:
- No refund.
Other Policies
- Pre-paid classes expire 6 months after payment if not scheduled.
- If classes are scheduled in advance (e.g., monthly), changes can be made with prior notice, as long as both student and professor agree.
